Buying a VSF watch involves more than picking a reference off a page. Here's exactly what happens between your order and the watch on your wrist.

QC photos before every shipment

Before any watch leaves our warehouse, we send you real photos of your specific unit — dial, movement, bezel, clasp and bracelet fit — not stock catalog images. You can request additional angles or a movement shot through the caseback before approving your order for shipment. If something looks off in QC, we'll swap the unit before it ships, not after.

Shipping

Orders ship discreetly, with no branding on the outer packaging that would identify the contents. Standard delivery runs 7-15 business days depending on destination and customs conditions. Tracking is provided on every order, and we can flag current customs conditions for your country if a particular region is running slower than usual.

Payment options and discounts

We accept Zelle, Chase QuickPay, cryptocurrency, wire transfer, Western Union and Wise. Zelle, crypto and wire transfer payments qualify for a discount of up to 10% off list price, since these methods carry lower processing overhead than card payments. Reach out before checkout if you want current discount terms for your payment method.

Warranty

VSF watches from current production batches are covered by a standard movement warranty against manufacturing defects. If your watch develops a movement issue under normal use within the warranty period, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue, and we'll arrange a repair or replacement part.

Returns

If your QC photos reveal a defect before shipment, we'll correct it at no cost to you. Once a watch has shipped and been received in the condition shown in QC, returns are handled case by case — get in touch through our Contact page and we'll walk you through the options for your specific order.
